Ingredients
Chicken 1 kgOnion (chopped) 1
Green chillies 5-6
Whole black pepper 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
All spices powder 1 tsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Cumin seed 1 tbsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Curd 1 pao
Cooking Directions
Roast black pepper and cumin seed blend with green chillies.Heat oil fry onions till soft do not let them brown.
Put chicken and fry.
Add salt, ginger garlic paste, curd and cover with lid.
After a while fry chicken till tender add julien ginger all spices powder, coriander leaves and cream.
Ready to serve.
